Reservation Policy:

1. Guest authorizes Chateau Windsor Hotel to charge their credit card for the stated amount.

2. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you or your guest despite holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport at our cost to a similar hotel.

3. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 1800 hours, unless specified in writing and after guest receives our acknowledgement. Please carry your written request & our acknowledgment with you.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:

1 . Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in time and date will be charged 100% of one nights room rent plus tax.

2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to check-in time and date will attract 5% of the total room rate plus tax charged on the guests credit card.

3. For group bookings (three rooms and more), cancellation needs to be made one week (7 days) prior to the date of check- in, in writing. If cancellation is made less than one week prior to check-in date, one day room rate plus taxes will be levied on total number of rooms booked. Cancellations made more than one week prior to check-in will attract 5% cancellation charges on amount charged on the guests credit card.

4. All Cancellations & Amendments should be made via our website which has a link to cancel bookings made on-line. Any other form of communication to cancel a booking will not be accepted. An email confirming your cancellation will be sent and 95% refund will be credited to your credit card.

No-Show Policy:

In case of a NO-SHOW due to any reason, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for one night of room rent plus taxes.

Refund Policy:

In case of a cancellation of a guaranteed reservation there will be a 5% cancellation charge on room rate and tax for booking made from our website using the online payment gateway. Refund will be given on the same credit card. Refund will take approximately one week depending on bank to bank working. Non Refundable Room: ⢠No Amendment ⢠No cancellation ⢠No change of dates
